What is Caresfield's customer service structure? Who can help me if I need to place an order or return a product?

As a ShareSource member, be sure to identify yourself as such to make sure your member pricing and terms are honored. The Caresfield customer service team is available Mon-Fri from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm central time and can help with requests such as returns, order tracking information, etc. We also provide an after-hours line for inquiries outside of normal hours of operation.

I don’t know much about Caresfield’s sales structure or how many representatives they have. What does this look like at Caresfield?
Caresfield’s existing sales team consists of sales leadership as well as inside and outside sales representatives. Between inside and outside representatives, Caresfield has 24 individuals in sales-related support roles and are happy to assist with your every need.
