Premier Contract FAQ's

What is Caresfield’s Customer Service structure? Who can help me if I need to return a product or place an order?

Orders can be placed by calling (952) 890-7100, by fax to (952) 520-3787. or via email to sales@caresfield.com.
The Caresfield customer service team is available Mon-Fri from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST through any of these methods or through chat on our website, caresfield.com. Our dedicated team can help with requests such as returns, order tracking information, etc. We also provide an after-hours line for inquiries outside of normal hours of operation.

Do I have to call, email, or fax my order?

No! You can place online orders for Caresfield products in two ways. Once you are set up to order directly from Caresfield, you can create your online ordering account by entering your Caresfield Account Number and Billing Zip Code. Once set up, you can order any of items via credit card or Purchase Order. The most common Caresfield products are also available through Stockd, a Premier marketplace.

I have diversity goals to meet for this year. Is Caresfield a diversity supplier?

Yes, Caresfield is a Small Business Diversity Supplier under Premier’s classifications. Not only can you achieve Premier compliance by working with Caresfield, but you can also meet your diversity vendor goals!

 

What are Caresfield’s National  contract number and what does the contract include?

Caresfield’s Premier National Contract Number is PP-NS-2104 and this covers any label and identification products used throughout a hospital or across a health system. Common areas in which these products are used include Inpatient and Outpatient Pharmacies, Hospital- or off-site Reference Laboratories and in Hospital Admissions and Registration.

Is Caresfield on any other Premier-affiliated contracts?
